Setting a tone and creating a vibe for the home or event space with aromas is much more than scattering a few candles around the venue. At TaBo Candles Factory, we respect the craft of candle making. Using a blend of traditional candle making and 21st-century know-how, we are able to create an awesome candle with an amazing fragrance. Everything starts with the best of the best raw materials from around the world. These are the wax materials, bees wax, and a fragrance oil. Beyond the best raw materials, we also smell and test every fragrance of every candle. Yes, we do not mass produce any fragrances. Concerning the color and quality, we achieve uniformity, and for that we use a specific “proportion” of color to wax and a specific “proportion” of fragrance to wax (which also we mean as “strength of fragrance”) for every candle that we make. Artisans try to give their candles an unlimited number of different shapes and sizes by creating unique and custom made molds for each and every individual piece that they make.
Most of the processes involved in making candles are straightforward, but there are a couple that are a little contentious. An example would be the process of curing. This takes place after the wax has been cooled, and poured, and then placed in the mold, in this case, after the candle has been poured, and before the candle can be burning. This can be the defining factor that differentiates a candle that is able to reach it’s full fragrance potential, and candle that does not wick and then deteriorates the quality of the burn. Lastly, after We once again, subject it to a refusal of quality ( but it is assumed that these testers of quality are incidental to the act of curing the candle and after a candle has been burned, and it is presumed to have survived without any wick burn and in fact to have burned the candle, it is presumed that the candle is not burned at all), and after that we put it into the mass production.
